Reservation Conditions
Accommodation at the “Carnikavas piestātne” recreation complex along with additional services can be booked online through the website www.carnikavaspiestatne.lv
- Firstly, by selecting from the available dates,
- marking the required additional services,
- entering all the requested information in the form on the website,
- familiarizing with and confirming the Rules of Procedure, as well as committing to adhere to them,
- and finally, by making the full reservation payment using online banking or a payment card,
- after making the payment, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes, which we will process as soon as possible, but no later than within 24 hours, and send you the reservation confirmation. In urgent cases, please call the phone number listed on the website.
Reservations can be rescheduled by notifying us no later than 14 days before the reservation date by writing to carnikavaspiestatne@gmail.com.
Refunds are not provided, except in extraordinary circumstances when the service cannot be provided on the booked date.
If the guest does not show up on the day of the reservation, the paid reservation fee is not refunded..
