Rules and Regulations
Accommodation at the “Carnikavas piestātne” leisure cabin along with additional services can be reserved online via the website www.carnikavaspiestatne.lvReservation and cancellation.
- Reservations can be rescheduled, provided notice is given no later than 14 days before the reservation date by writing to carnikavaspiestatne@gmail.com.
- Refunds are not available, except in exceptional circumstances when the service cannot be provided on the reserved date.
- If the guest does not arrive on the day of the reservation, the reservation fee paid is non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 unless otherwise arranged with the hosts.
- Keys must be returned personally to the hosts unless there is an agreement for contactless check-in and check-out. In such cases, the keys will be located behind a coded lock.
- Only individuals included in the reservation are allowed on the leisure cabin property.
Cabin Rules
- Guests must maintain order and not pollute or harm the surrounding environment in any way.
- The cabin accommodates only guests who are 18 years of age or older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adult guests are responsible for the safety of children and any damage they may cause.
- Pets are allowed if the hosts are informed prior to arrival during the reservation. Pets are not allowed in beds, hot tubs, or saunas. Guests are responsible for their pet’s behavior, safety, and any damages caused.
- Indoor open flame activities, including candles, smoking, and electronic cigarettes, are prohibited.
- Fires and grilling are only permitted in designated areas.
- It is forbidden to move any equipment or inventory, both indoors and outdoors.
- Guests must comply with safety requirements in the sauna, tub, near water, and on it.
- Guests are requested to immediately inform the hosts of any damage observed to the leisure cabin building or inventory.
- The hosts are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
- Upon leaving, all waste must be collected and disposed of in the designated bins.
- Guests who violate these rules will be asked to leave the premises and compensate for any damage caused to the cabin, its inventory, or the environment.

- To ensure peace and quiet for all guests, quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the cabin. Access information will be provided at check-in.
- Free parking is available on the premises. Please park vehicles only in designated areas.
- Additional services such as bicycle rental, boat rental, and sauna visits are available. Please contact the hosts for more information and to reserve these services.
